working principle:
The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank body. Inside the tank, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating under vacuum, and the heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank body. The water vapor evaporated from wet materials after absorbing heat is pumped out through a vacuum exhaust pipe by a vacuum pump. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the continuous flipping of the material up and down, inside and outside caused by the rotation of the tank, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the goal of uniform drying is achieved.
